Can't login to phpmyadmin, what is the trouble?

Hi bread. Is lamp on Ubuntu, if you try login in phpmyadmin, it stupidly reloads the login page, it was after clearing all the history settings of the browser. What is the actual problem ?

Stupidly reinstall is not a solution, Your problem is not solved! You bypassed it.

What error appears?
Remove PhpMyAdmin:
apt-get purge phpmyadmin
Re-install:
apt-get install phpmyadmin
