What database can I use for developing for Windows Phone 8.1?

The question arose of choosing a database for applications for cellphones. In SQLite, as I understand it, you can't make relationships between tables and what other DB, I don't know. Please tell me

Solution
SQLite

Can

and what other DB

If only the file to write. Serious analogs in SQLite, in my opinion, no

Realm for Xamarin
Google, MB for wp can decompiling
It looks pretty interesting.
At first I wondered how it is possible to administer such a DB (e.g. SQLite Manager) in Windows.
This solution is found only for Mac: https://github.com/Ahmed-Ali/RealmObjectEditor

But, on the other hand, the decision is pretty young (judging by the commits on github), I'll follow. Thank you) - audra_Ruecker commented on July 9th 19 at 13:42

Still needs to be SQL Server Compact, I think.

And, of course, still on the server (in the cloud) can be taken, is there any database.

What do you mean "no", the simplest relationship is when a field from one table instead of values is one of the ID s of the second table and SELECT join (JOIN), and in principle, even without unions do.

No

No, only the REST API or SDKs for cloud services like Azure, although they also work over http.
