Is it possible using SDK Vkontakte to implement such a functionality?

Good afternoon, friends. I had the task of such a plan: it is necessary to implement an application that must be able to receive and play audio from possibly a closed group Vkontakte or a specific user. App users will be able to manipulate the records in the app, to listen, to look. I.e., VK will be used as a ready backend server. Is it possible to implement this functionality using the SDK VC? Well, then send the app in play market. Thanks in advance for the answer.

VK SDK is a wrapper over VK API, so see here: https://vk.com/dev/
In any case, it is possible to implement without an API, but it's time consuming, and at any moment may stop working, need update, about Google Play is also doubt in this case, though, he seems to be the only complaint processes.
Thank you. Please tell me. The fact that this app will contain very specific content and objective of the application is that a "subscription" or pay to have full access to the application. Generally speaking, if you use your backend is implemented all clear how. But is it possible to do something like this with VK API, although the functionality of the subscription it seems to be possible to implement by means of the store Play Market, while VC has its own system of payment and deductions. If you can help me, will be very good - adrian47 commented on July 9th 19 at 13:40

If you are going to fill the application in Play Market, then the subscription can be implemented only by means of In-App Billingas Google prohibits the use in applications which are used in the Play Market, and any approach to payment of digital content in addition to its own payment service.
About VK SDK for Android - look in the documentation for Android SDK, and then ask specific questions.
Artem, please tell me. Can I from a technical point of view, to use the VC only as a data repository, work with them through the API, to put the application content in the Play store Market and use the subscription content for users. Well and accordingly to restrict the content to those who do not have a subscription? - adrian47 commented on July 9th 19 at 13:42
About the use Vkontakte as the storage of audio recordings can not say anything, look at the documentation. On other questions the answer is "Yes" - put the app, the subscription can be done, to limit the work to those who have not paid, is also possible. - adrian47 commented on July 9th 19 at 13:45
