How to open each new redirect in a new tab?

The challenge redirect of the form
<a href="" target="_blanc">yandex</a>
seemed trivial, until I tried to open several links from that page a redirect.
It turned out that they all open in a new tab. That is, if I opened yandex, then came back and opened google, from yandex will be replaced by google.
At the same time, if you go to the external resource several times from, say, Vkontakte, even on the same link each time will open a new tab. Yes, and the browser focus will be set on the newly open tab.
I guess it's a matter of headers?
Redirect in php:
header( 'Location:' . $url );
Different response codes (301, 302...) result does not give

How to arrange it so that every transition to an external redirect opened in a new tab?

In voice! And the truth ahah. Thank you! Me, in this case, wonder why it works _blanc. Framename is passed? In the specifications there is no information - Martine.McDermot commented on July 9th 19 at 13:44
: you can specify anything, though target="abrakadabra", and the second opening such links will be updated previously open tab with the given target, what happened in your case - Pedro_Herzog commented on July 9th 19 at 13:47
