The situation is the following:
1. There is already a functioning startup (yet not legally formalized) model of distribucii already worked out, and most importantly and monetization too. Startup includes 3 models of monetization:
  1. 1 brings already a good profit
  2. 1 in the long term run
  3. 3rd, is our insurance


And 2 model of distribution of software
  1. 1 model worked 100%,
  2. the other not quite).


All models of distribution and monetization has been evolving for 1.5 years.

Now all the process more or less worked out and functioning, though not like a Swiss watch, but Russian for sure :)

And now we were faced with 2 following problems is:
  1. Scaling (Finance available (personal capital, + the business is profitable already and is a high-margin + bestreality (return on working capital investment: 1-1. 5 month))
  2. Management (none of the founders of this startup, no real management experience, recruiting, etc.)
Actually questions:
  • What resources to look for the person who has real experience of owning an IT business or have held high positions (TOP Manager) in major IT campaign. (will be taken either on a % of the profits, or RFP + % of profits)
  • Look for already formed teams (with all the necessary composition managers), for example, failed startups, or not particularly profitable businesses/startups and so soon "go down" (in order not to waste precious time on sobstenno the formation of the team, just to take already ready, and give them so to speak "second dyhanie"

Unable to open the vacancy of CEO/CTO and for the interviews to decide what he wants and does. Ask if he can assemble a team for a month, reviews from previous jobs and so on. A good TOP he will be able command to assemble. Although usually friends take stupid santiway or with any competitor.

A year ago was the same question - "how to hire a team of a startup if the founder is unable to assess the level of candidates." I answered that question and accidentally found himself in a rather interesting project GetDayOffer - selection of the restaurant for personal preposte.... First as recruiter, then as an architect.
