How to get user in console command?

Hello, there is an Accounts class which inherits from ActiveRecord when in console commands trying to do the following
$account = Accounts::findOne(["id" => 1]);

in the console outputs this:

It is important to understand that usually there are some PHP configs for CLI (Command Line Interface) for mod_php in Apache, PHP-FPM, etc.
You have properly configured only one configuration (Apache or PHP-FPM). Upload the necessary plugins in the config for CLI.
