Where to get a good education IT specialist?

Probably this question has been asked a hundred times, but I want to get up to date information :)

This year, finish school and plan to continue to study for the programmer. I am very interested in software development (desktop and mobile applications), even game development. Of the Universities we're looking at companies to:
  • St. Petersburg state University (FIIT, Primate, software engineering)
  • HSE (software engineering)


Items rent only Russian, Mat. profile and information science, so the list is limited to universities (MSU, Baumanka, ITMO fly past)

Where to get a good education? Which UNIVERSITY and faculty is the best to choose? Preferably Moscow or SPb. Thanks in advance.
