By my logic this can be done as blocks of text and assign the left :after ,right :before and stylize KK diamonds with icons. But the question is how to align them, at the same time that worked fine responsiv, i.e. on mobile devices are normally displayed. Use grids twitter bootstrap.

Create a div with a class, this div insert another 3 star with all pies. To move all those divas up, give each a z-index smaller than the previous one.
