Is it possible to bypass the antivirus android apps of the savings Bank?

I wanted to implement in my application the ability to automatically input the pin code when registering, which comes by SMS. For such purposes, the application requires READ_SMS permission, and now when you run the antivirus Sberbank issues a message that my app can read the messages and predlaget delete it (or to ignore). Is there a way to get around that? Or expedient to refuse the implementation of this functionality?

EDIT
How does WhatsApp manage to avoid antivirus Sberbank, although there is this f-ia implemented.

Solution
The problem went away when the app is published to market as a beta test. In other words, if the application can be downloaded from the market the savings Bank ceases to issue alarm.

Quite rightly complains. SMS and needed in order to confirm that some action the user has performed.
Deleting a user from that thread, the application can automatically make the translation from the user's account to the author...

I think it is better to refuse because if someone can hack your app, you through it to pin the other. And everything will be considered suspicious.
