Is it possible to implement such a scheme on a virtual PBX and from whom?

We have a landline number in Saint-Petersburg. We are planning to get a landline number in Moscow and a further 5-6 rooms in other cities of Russia and later in other countries. Almost all the rooms are connected via SIP.

Is it possible to "close" all numbers in the virtual PBX ?
I.e., so that customers can call to a landline number of their city and their call transferred to the same virtual PBX. Only 1-2 operators.
Thus obtained 2-n external numbers and internal numbers 1-2(not for each external number and all) and one virtual PBX.

If the implementation of this scheme, it is impossible for a virtual PBX, then what are the options?

Yes.
Buy from their operators rooms, set up virtual PBX to prescribe at each of the 2 phones connect to the 2nd ATS.
5-6 rooms in other cities of Russia and later in other countries

Not enough phone operators? But ATS might say "All operators are busy, please wait..."
but how to connect 1 PBX? *prescribe on each of the 2 phones connect to 2-m ATS* - so 2 ATS, and 1. - kiel.Wyman commented on July 9th 19 at 14:01
: How many SIP operators? 1 or 2?
If the operator is 1 then the ATS one. - Camron_To commented on July 9th 19 at 14:04
In a sense, service providers of IP telephony, how much? - Camron_To commented on July 9th 19 at 14:07
we have two operator. we need to clients from Moscow, Voronezh, Tambov and Peter called to the rooms of her city(which operate through the SIP), and fell to the operators who are working after 1 ATS. And that option that You propose imply a connection to each room(in each city) your PBX. There is a version with a redirect, but I would like to connect all rooms to 1 exchange, with no forwarding. - kiel.Wyman commented on July 9th 19 at 14:10
: No, I'm saying that what you need is possible.
There is a confusion in terms: a girl on the phone, and the operator - the company that provides IP-telephony services.
Buy from same IP provider numbers in different cities, the same service, a virtual PBX set up and all calls go to two of the operators. - Camron_To commented on July 9th 19 at 14:13
under the operator means the girl on the phone - kiel.Wyman commented on July 9th 19 at 14:16
: could you give a link to the provider? - kiel.Wyman commented on July 9th 19 at 14:19
: A lot of them.
cheap - zadarma.com but banned in Belarus
normally telphin.ru

: for nothing with talking partners. as said in the chat - 1 ATS - 1 external number. - kiel.Wyman commented on July 9th 19 at 14:25
in the second link a special thank you - for the first time, learned about it and such as appropriate - kiel.Wyman commented on July 9th 19 at 14:28
: I have not delved into the details of ATS from Zadarma and Delfinom discussed on ATS Moscow and the Kazakh room, and the specific incoming extension numbers. On the terms they can configure the PBX - Camron_To commented on July 9th 19 at 14:31

IP telephony: here
the only reference to nothing and the Ref. link. it is not good. - kiel.Wyman commented on July 9th 19 at 14:03
: well, but does it fit into Your scheme and me some benefit... - Camron_To commented on July 9th 19 at 14:06
unfortunately not suitable. for nothing can not provide the necessary connection. - Camron_To commented on July 9th 19 at 14:09
: you must first look for those who can proxy call to SIP trunk, and then to connect all the trunks to Your PBX, for example Asterisk and then configure. - kiel.Wyman commented on July 9th 19 at 14:12

Try VoxImplant - all that you want, including the rooms themselves
