How to upload the image to the local repository in the docker?

Need on the base of the container to create an image and fill it in a local repository. To create a local repository I did, but when I try to load/unload image error 405. I also learned that Docker is a ready-made repository, the name of which is associated with the "base", but information about him can find more fails.
