How to create a simple interface using javascript?

You need to make a script for Photoshop. There Is ExtendScript Toolkit.
But the script need not just to make and beautiful that would be with the interface, everything.

That is what I call my PS using the jsx file and I want to get a box with a set of buttons.

Found something:
var dlg = new Window('dialog', 'My first script!',[100,100,480,250]);
dlg.btnPnl = dlg.add('panel', [25,15,365,125], 'Hello world!');
dlg.btnPnl.testBtn = dlg.btnPnl.add('button', [15,30,305,50], 'Finished', {name:'ok'});
dlg.btnPnl.testBtn.onClick = dobuild; dlg.show();
function dobuild() { alert("Congratulations - it all worked!");
dlg.close(); }

You need something like: 28fb16830f8bc0bf112160ca76708257.jpg

That is the question how to arrange my buttons the same as in the picture?
Help code or documentation. Or maybe there is a program for easy visualization of the entire process?

Thank you.

A Photoshop script? Too specific goal it turns out. Last time I was 3 years ago, heard about this, so think...
Maybe it is possible to create an interface in HTML+CSS, instead use the API ExtendScript? Very rare, so hardly anyone will help for free, and another thing - for the money.
In fact, all that is needed is to show how to position. The scripts themselves are ready. That is, I push the button and it calls some function. With this I understood. But with a location in space in any way.
Creation via html and css are, BUT of.the program was no longer supported. I spent a few days, but never managed to make the interface through ccs and html. PS refuses to see the addon. - arthur.Armstron commented on July 9th 19 at 14:11
: Conclusion: not necessary to take up such a trivial task without the proper experience and skills. I would have thought of something, although it is unclear why such a thing should be written. - mazie.Towne commented on July 9th 19 at 14:14

Your example shows that you can specify the coordinates for the elements that use. - Bianka0 commented on July 9th 19 at 14:17
