What are the consequences of using GitHub as a hosting site for image recovery?

Will disable GitHub account if on the popular website to use it as a hosting service for images?
Let's say such a scheme - there is a repository with open photos, supposedly of the Agency. On the website loaded via RAW. It is clear that the load will be a horse, but is there a paragraph in the user agreement, which prohibits to do so?

We recommend repositories be kept under 1GB each. This limit is easy to stay within if large files are kept out of the repository. If your repository exceeds 1GB, you might receive a polite email from GitHub Support requesting that you reduce the size of the repository to bring it back down.

So 1GB of content, you can cheat as many terabytes of traffic per month, week or even day. - Chadrick14 commented on July 12th 19 at 16:44
