How to change < div's > in some places depending on page and screen size (WordPress)?

Hello friends, as I am an aspiring web developer (well, although the developer says loudly) I encountered the following problem. On the website in the left side is the sidebar [col-lg-4] (and to the right of the main content [col-lg-8]), when the user navigates to the page of your personal account from your mobile phone it is necessary to scroll through to the bottom until over a side bar, and already that appear the content of the page. That is extremely convenient for future users of the site.
How to change side bar and main content in places when the resolution is less than 700px?

it's very simple :)

if your page template is displayed first [col-lg-4], and then [col-lg-8], then you need them all just to swap.
at the same floata (4 - left, 8 - right) - on the desktop everything will appear the same as on the mobile version already, first is the main content, and then of saltbar.

It is possible and so
@media all and (max-width:700px){
col-lg-4, col-lg-8 {
float:right;
}
}

In General, it appears bootstraps on the net so must be classes that fit in the markup need to change the column order
Thanks for the reply, it's clear to me originally. How to defeat the situation is on a particular page? - Scottie.OHara commented on July 12th 19 at 16:50

I apologize that did not specify a test version of the site immediately corrected: testkomok-lawsumdutest.rhcloud.com

Unfortunately, the option that was offered @devstudent not suitable, since the blocks when they are lined up in a row and for each other (when the reflection for the mob. according to the Bootstrap3 grid) why it is still exhibited as a float value.
The question is still open, asking for the help of experts.
