How to update AT?

Hello.
Using freebsd 10.2 x64 on DigitalOcean.
Noticed that pkg offers to install the old SOFTWARE.
For example:
# pkg update
Updating FreeBSD repository catalogue...
FreeBSD repository is up-to-date.
All repositories are up-to-date.
# pkg search nginx
nginx-1.8.1,2 Robust and small WWW server
...

Although there is already available a fresh nginx: pkg.freebsd.org/freebsd:10:x86:64/latest/All/nginx...
There is a suspicion that I have written infrequently updated repository.
How can you be sure? How to change the official?
