Is it possible to restore the data in MySQL?

In General this situation has occurred, the phone number was set to CHAR(11)
That is, for format 79001112223. On frontend, made a mask for phone numbers(something like +7 900 000-00-00), essno text has passed othermaterial(!) - +7 900 000-00-00. In the database
only recorded the first part of the number - +7 900 000-further 4-d numbers are not enough.
Is it possible to restore?
On the web server in the access-logs does not display the POST data on the MySQL server all logs are disabled..
Urgently need to know the rest 4 digits, the gugleniya gave nothing, because many options from 0000 to 9999(

Can not restore - the field was exhausted and the base cut.
Yes, and CHAR(11) not enough - suddenly the room is not Russian? with two or three-digit country code.
Yes, there is only room Rus can be Sure.. there are no options ? - lonzo.Harris26 commented on July 12th 19 at 16:54
: I honestly don't see any script given database CHAR(16), but it is in accordance with the type of the field took the first 11 chars, the rest sunk into oblivion. If the web server no form data is not recorded, then they are not. - isaiah.Moo commented on July 12th 19 at 16:57
: you can restore if there are parameters in the logs of the web server and they can be matched with records in the database. - Savannah.Swaniawski55 commented on July 12th 19 at 17:00
