Modeling mobile network?

Is there a program to simulate the location of base station (various hardware configurations, and antennas) on the ground (at least without regard to terrain features).
As well as advise a book on the connection of the base station equipment.

It's called radioplaytoday and of course there are many competing products.
at least without taking into account the characteristics of the terrain

And how, without accounting? Or do You just need to a core network to pick up pieces of iron of different vendors? Well, not really...

For example, a review of some software.
If you look very well on torrents, even find on to play something from the Atoll and associated...

As well as advise a book on the connection of the base station equipment

Here I'm confused... What equipment? What exactly? Each vendor supplies the hardware very detailed manuals, but that would put it in the book - I have not seen.
