Empty file ward, what to do?

My situation is, I was sitting at home working on the laptop, just finish your report for work, moved briefly to the kitchen, drink tea, and when I returned, I found that the laptop is then turned off as the charging cord was pulled when turned I found that the word file I was working with is empty, are all empty, I was in shock, tell me how I can get it and can you do back ?((((

Should help restore file. Depending on how you configured the backup.

The file was physically? Or just a new in word?

AutoSave was?
somewhere in the area of the tools-->settings-->location (or something like that) should be the path where avtokraski lie..

and last offices are usually open the next time you begin to howl, like me then the file is unsaved, restore the boom?
