How to center blocks vertically in the section with a relative height?

You have the following structure:
<wrapper> <div1 to float left> <content> ... <div2 float right> <content></div2></div1></wrapper>

The height of the section set relatively. You need to center the content DIVS vertically. Without the use of flexbox.

Have tried the methods described here htmlhero.ru/post/14417331299/centrirovanie-v-bloke... but I can't. Maybe I'm doing something wrong..

A flake than did not please? Ideal solution, without crutches.
the Flex is not pleased with their support, and of course easy to impose - Gilberto.Frami45 commented on July 12th 19 at 17:26

alternatively, you can use:
display:table;
but it is possible using CSS simple arithmetic, read more here htmlbook.ru/css/calc
