As for Asterisk to configure the autocompletion prefix when the chime to the recognized number?

Good afternoon, colleagues.

If there's somebody calling me on the phone in the office, the number is correct, 8 (926)123 45 67 (for example).
But if I call back on the call log, the call will not pass. The reason is simple - to make a call you need to dial 9 8 (926)123 45 67.

How to configure to be able to call back without errors?

For FreePBX - the same thing - in the Outbound route, add another route - with the addition of 9 in the beginning

To start to see the usually outgoing routes set 9 key, not just the same as made possible by this prifiks select the desired route.
