Someone tell me a plugin to create a video of the parallax effect?

Interested in parallax effect the rolling of the poster in the Apple TV interface.
Know that everything is possible to do manually in the video editor, I'm not particularly versed in them, so I would like to find a ready-made plugin for any program.

I have no idea how it is implemented in the Apple TV, but to find how it's done to me is not a problem.

1. Google search for parallax after effects template/script. For example, I once naguglit this, however, I have no idea if there's need.
2. Go to YouTube and enter the parallax tutorial *program name*.
