There's a laptop - Acer v5 573G with Windows 10, it will otvalyatsa USB, but only when connected bear or phone. With the stick everything is OK. Maybe someone knows what's the problem?

The problem is either the driver of the mouse or phone(mistake his work), or in the cable of the mouse or phone. If the driver update does not help, then replace the cable from the phone and mouse
