How to execute the document.ready via ajax?

The site has Pulsonic prices , which is connected after the DOM
<div id="block-input-price">
the <ul>
the <li><p></p></li>
 <p><input type="text" id="start-price" name="start_price" value="<?=$startprice?>"></li>
the <li><p></p></li>
 <p><input type="text" id="end-price" name="end_price" value="<?=$endprice?>"></li>
 the <li><p>$</p></li>
</ul>
</div>
<div id="blocktrackbar"></div>

Here is the connection
$(document).ready(function() {
$('#blocktrackbar').trackbar({
 onMove : function() {
 document.getElementById("start-price").value = this.leftValue;
 document.getElementById("end-price").value = this.rightValue;
},
 width : 160,
 leftLimit : 500,
 leftValue : 500,
 rightLimit : 50000,
 rightValue : 3000,

 roundUp : 500
});
});

Based on these prices , sends an ajax request that updates the entire document
$( '#w0' ).click(function() {
$.ajax({"type":"POST","
url":"#",
"success":function(data){
$("body").html(data);
},"
 data":$(this).parents("form").serialize()});
 return false;
 });

And after an ajax request <div id="blocktrackbar"></div> not loaded Pulsonic . How to solve the problem?
