Mysql limit on the entry?

In Postgres there really is a limit on the entry in the cell specific values, i.e. for example to prohibit the entry in column is 0000-00-00

ALTER TABLE test
ADD CHECK (dt != '0000-00-00 00:00:00') not working - Alysson.Sanford commented on August 19th 19 at 23:30
: Need to be able to look, here is the syntax correct:
ALTER [IGNORE] TABLE tbl_name
CHECK PARTITION {partition_names | ALL} - bradford_Kunde27 commented on August 19th 19 at 23:33
: 14.1.8 ALTER TABLE Syntax - bradford_Kunde27 commented on August 19th 19 at 23:36

when you create the table CHECK(condition):
CHECK(field != '0000-00-00')

to modify an existing:
ALTER [IGNORE] TABLE tbl_name
CHECK PARTITION {partition_names | ALL}

14.1.8 ALTER TABLE Syntax
the table is already created. alter table not working - Alysson.Sanford commented on August 19th 19 at 23:32
: For what reason? No benefits?
Then do the trigger: CREATE TRIGGER. If the condition is true, then ROLLBACK. - bradford_Kunde27 commented on August 19th 19 at 23:35
