What database to choose to store the tree structure?

For a small project, you need a lightweight database allowing you to store the tree structure. To write for example in json, it makes no sense, it's not safe as there is no "lock", data in the database will be updated frequently. Completely abandoning SQL.

MongoDB
JSONB+PostgreSQL
Classic implementation of the hierarchy of SQL is inefficient, but the same can. Any SQL.
A special hierarchical database is better, but again, what's the point if you have a small load.

Postgres + JSONB
On the Hosting I use, no rights for installing such things( why should it? PostgreSQL is huge, easier to use MySQL. Thanks for the offer. - Taryn.Hintz commented on August 19th 19 at 23:33

: PostgreSQL more suitable for large projects, in my case does not make sense to install PostgreSQL. - Taryn.Hintz commented on August 19th 19 at 23:42
: Postgres suitable for all types of projects where you want to store data in object-relational DBMS - Retha_Schultz83 commented on August 19th 19 at 23:45
