How to connect your phone to Wi Fi?

Enjoy free Wi-Fi. Sat for a couple of days now can't connect. A year ago I had the same problem on another phone. Just wrote "Error autentifikatsii" immediately after "Obtaining IP". Yesterday the same situation happened with the new phone. Password use Wi-Fi no, rebooting phone does not help. Reset the phone too. Changed the mac address did not help. I deleted a wifi folder under data/misc, no result. Help, please. Thanks in advance for the answer.

The router need to reboot - it probably just hung - a common symptom for some cheap D-Link.
Router neighbor's, they polzuyutsya two years, they all work fine, just not reboot yet. With this problem as I am, apparently, they did not face. - Dawn_Nolan commented on August 19th 19 at 23:32

How to connect your phone to Wi Fi?
Such questions need to ask the administrator of your desired WiFi network.

Just wrote "Error autentifikatsii" immediately
Well here everything is clear, even grammatical errors the meaning is not distorted - do you have problems with authentication. Contact your network administrator.

Changed the mac address did not help.
And why it should help?
The MAC address must be changed to one that is allowed in the network. Ask the network administrator to give your address to the allowed list.
