I am using Studio 2008. Has everything you need and does not slow down on an ancient beech.

Visual Studio is a serious combine, it eats a lot of resources.
The idea of the old version may have a smaller appetite, but from them and use less.

For educational purposes can come to Visual Studio Code - all sorts of Hello World s to start.
For serious projects needs Visual Studio, but he and iron or notebook need.

Jetbrains says its an IDE for C# the project is now called Raider. He's not finished yet but you can take an experimental version and try to drive.

could be wrong, but VS 2015 on 7-ku not installed (minimum requirements 8 and above, as the c#version 6-7 at VS2015, win7 does not support c#6-7 version).
p. S. this conclusion was made after I wanted to install myself. So either 2012 or 2013 version.
p. S. S. also supports the view about the Visual Studio Code (easier)
p. S. S. S. kraynyak - Visual Studio Express (2013)
p. S. S. S. S. .Net framework 4.5 (at least 4) - you need to install
This is not so. Use VS2015 on Win7 - it's OK - dave34 commented on August 19th 19 at 23:39
: hmm... I have not installed (sinned on 7-ku). climbed up here - really, suitable.
PS returning to the topic - (p. C. 2015 not yuzal) also "eats" requirements as vs2013? or more/less? (you personally... feels like) - maxwell_Au commented on August 19th 19 at 23:42
