Why, instead of the website you see a standard Apache plug?

Hello! Tell me, for some reason, instead of the website you will see a default page-Apache plug.
The Apache configuration file for this site:
<virtualhost :*80>
AssignUserID *** ***
DocumentRoot /home/***
DirectoryIndex index.php
ServerName ***
ServerAlias www.***
<home directory ***>
Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
AllowOverride FileInfo
Order allow,deny
allow from all
</directory>
</virtualhost>

When I go to the site, see this:

OS: Ubuntu Server x64, 16.04

Solution
And you this config to include did not forget? Apache reloading? Give the contents of the directory sites-enabled
And why not use /var/www ?
Already solved this problem, but there was another error 403
[Sun Jan 22 20:19:47.553356 2017] [authz_core:error] [pid 21982] [client ***] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /home/***
[Sun Jan 22 20:20:31.956594 2017] [authz_core:error] [pid 22012] [client ***] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /home/***
In the config prescribed:
<location>
 Allow from all
 Order Deny,Allow
</location>

No .htaccess the site is not. Solved the problem by adding in the config the following lines:
<home directory ***>
Require all granted
</directory>
