In Google spreadsheets to open access to a specific range of cells?

There is a Google spreadsheet with 5000 rows;
How to make the other person the link to edit only a part of the range.
And most importantly, how to make it so that people saw ONLY editable cells ?
Using IMPORTRANGE not out
Using "Protect range too"

No way. The smallest unit that is assigned access rights in Google Docs is a whole document.
Distribute the scope of work for individual files.

1) Allocate a range of cells.
2) In menu Data click Protected sheets and ranges
3) Prohibit editing everything but themselves
4) Hide these columns (hide) !

when you try to open a hidden range of "left" and the user will receive the message "an error has Occurred
This area is protected. To edit it, ask the owner of the table to deactivate the protection."
