Like do I have to pay tax on the balance of the user on the website?

Good day!

If it is assumed that the user can replenish the balance on the website with further waste of data points(1 point = 1 ruble) should be such as to pay for this tax, because in fact no services provided to the user, but only the translation from physical persons to legal(SP)

And if not, then how to reflect this information in the tax when the user still performs a chargeable action?

Probably depends on how to draw up a contract, but you want to be a Bank.
So tax is levied only making money on the front (with all the consequences - check printing).
Further operations on account of fiscal not and nothing further to pay.
This is how it was explained to me once. Personally, I do all this bureaucracy scored.
