Installing Linux without the rear USB ports?

After assembling/disassembling the PC ceased to work back USB ports so mouse and keyboard are connected via the front exits. Because of this, when you connect a bootable USB flash drive you can't even choose the type of installation of Kali Linux. Any idea how can I install without the ports on the back?
