Tap on row in syslistview32 of another application?

Automated installation of third-party programs through UI Automation.
After installation, the program runs and has a ListView with an arbitrary number of rows.
If you click on row double click, window opens, in which you have to press a couple of buttons.
Question: how do I via UI Automation or any other method to get the number of rows, starting from the number, to open each? (How to press a button in the window that appears, you know, stuck on the ListView).
I really hope your help, many days scratching their heads, can tell. Thanks in advance.

Solution
It is possible to send messages:

to get the number of elements LVM_GETITEMCOUNT

- to highlight the current item LVM_SETITEMSTATE

And then simulate pressing Enter.
