Than completely copy the site to a local HTML version of it?

I remember there was some software that you indicate the URL of the site and they are downloading all the pages and put them in a folder as linked to the local reference HTML pages. A kind local HTMl version (clone) of the entire site impossible.

Please recommend something working and up to date in this regard?
