Planning to restart the servers after the updates via WSUS. Options?

There are more than hundreds of machines running win server 2008-2012 with different criticality reboot.
You need to configure so that after receiving the updates via WSUS, a part of the machine rebooted out of hours on weekdays(e.g. on the next day after installation at 1:00), and a part of the machine rebooted during the weekend (e.g. SAT 9:00), but only if the machine has not been restarted manually to install updates to it. In group policy, I found nothing. Deadline updates I'm afraid also will not work. Are there any working options with the least amount of crutches?

There is an option not to reboot the machine unattended after you upgrade the product. :)
