As to FALSE when UPDATE in MySQL, if a query was not performed because of invalid conditions?

Good afternoon.
Working in MySQL 5.6. When I run
UPDATE `table` SET `value` = 'new_value' WHERE `id` = 0
by missing the row with id = 0, it returns TRUE but the update obviously did not happen.
I would like to see FALSE.
Can setting what to add in server configuration?
Please advise how to proceed.

Solution
The completed request not to change any one string is still a successful query.
If you want to make a separate logic in the case of a request, not changed a single line - check after the query affected rows.
