Shows no link to replies in wordpress. What is the reason?

Using the function wp_list_comments() output the comment. Defined callback function to output each comment. And in that function am using comment_reply_link () but nothing displays. Tried get_comment_reply_link() - too anything. Tried to substitute the arguments is the number of the current comment id page, gave nothing. Put in the arguments array 'depth' => 5, as advised in Google, but nothing.

All other functions work. edit_comment_link, and others.
On the settings page tree WordPress comments enabled, the nesting level of okaasan 5. On the page itself (the comments to which I lead) comments are allowed.

Code from a page template where I want to display comments:
<?php get_header(); ?>
<div id="comments" class="comments-area">
 <?php comments_template(); ?>
<?php get_footer(); ?>

File comment.php
 $args = array(
 'walker' =--> null
 'style' => 'ol',
 'callback' => 'mytheme_comment',
 'end-callback' => null,
 'type' => 'all',
 'reply_text' => 'Reply',
 'page' => ",
 'per_page' => ",
 'avatar_size' => 32,
 'reverse_top_level' => null,
 'reverse_children' => ",
 'format' => 'html5', // or xhtml, if HTML5 is not supported by the theme
 'short_ping' => false, // With version 3.6,
 'echo' => true, // true or false

<?php if ( have_comments() ) : ?>
 <ol class="commentlist">
 <?php wp_list_comments($args); ?>
<?php endif; ?>

function mytheme_comment($comment, $args, $depth) { ?>
