Win10 can't open network folder on win7?

Every damn time with the Windows reinstallation I am suffering. And each time, the previous methods do not work.

Reset the top ten. Clean. With the formatting. Because she stupidly fell off after update - the computer just didn't load. Freewheeling on a flash drive distro know where and forth. All good, everything works, the neighboring seven quietly opens the CDM in the top ten, but tens to get a seven - well, no... half the night googling (not for the first time, hence the wild disorder), all fresh instructions for the last 1 year have tried - well, in any infection.

Specify: can't dozens to go to seven. Seven all shared, anywhere workgroup permissions to "Everyone" with all daws, hi, what to do, telepaths - I cry :(

Solution
Thank you all for your participation, found a solution and I'm not too lazy to write a guide with pictures:
How to finally set up a local network between the Wind...
Congratulations Ball, you dunce! And helped clear villain!

Now on your komputere can host anyone and anything you like (well, almost).
Account "Guest" and need for "guest access pattern" to allow her entry, you allow entry to anybody without authorization. - Lurline commented on June 5th 19 at 21:41

Finally in Windows 10 18.03 was removed HomeGroup. She never use. - Lurline commented on June 5th 19 at 21:43
In the instructions after you create a HomeGroup on seven reads as follows:

Go to the PC with Windows 10, click on the network connections icon, right-click and select control Center network and sharing
In front line click HomeGroup Can join

But that's on my top ten:

Need button is simply missing. At seven, by the way, was already a home group, I got out and re-created, nothing has changed; off-turn off the adapter did not help. - gwendolyn_Barrows commented on June 5th 19 at 21:46

so depending on the need or current settings :).
Well, for example, the easiest way is to enable "guest access", i.e. any setting in network magic does not have credentials (at the computer Shara) - as with, comes with their details.
The second way is to register on all komputerom (i.e. both server and client) the same account with the same password.
HomeGroup uses UPnP to distribute the ball and guest access model. Come out of her, at least at the time of inspection.

Check the network type:
Win 7 - Home network, work network (it "Network") Public network (the first two)
Win 10 - "Private network" and not "All" and not "Guest network" (only the first, but then "automatically" set)

Check the "method" in the advanced sharing settings, making sure to change the settings for Private, Home network or work network, important to you the last two:
- Turn on sharing password protected sharing
- Disable sharing with password protection

And the desired connection method:
- Allow Windows to manage HomeGroup connections
- Use user accounts and passwords to connect to other computers

In Win 10 – there are only three switches. But there is a pitfall you specified an additional parameter "method" access (with password/without) moved into properties "All".
as I understand it, guest access does not allow to change files or install programs. This is critical, I want full control from network computers.

The second way: I need each time to enter a password when logging in a network folder? If Yes - is not really an option, as apart from live users through a network of programs work :(

The other tips didn't work, everything is configured according to the instructions.

Another fun depressing and confusing fact: with seven can I get only one of dozens of hard drives, the second does not (although they have the same access settings). And dozens I can't get to the hard disk sevens, but can go into the Users folder. It's crazy, why is it so difficult and confusing? Maybe there's some miracle software big button "to Make the LAN automatically"? :((( - Lurline commented on June 5th 19 at 21:45
,

Yes, by default, read-only access.

I need full control of network components.

That's why I say that the "home network" does not suit you ;).

I'll have to enter each time password when you log in the network folder?

Only if the user is not created on the server is "access only to authorized users" or not set the checkbox - "remember..." on the client (and the action sometimes reset... for some reason). If you create duplicate accounts no longer need to enter - easy :).

HomeGroup was set up for this, but her problems occurred often and not very secure, but only because users are allowed to access it anywhere, and fun, but not much. Almost the same - "the Wizard connect to network."

You can clean everything and try again from zero, clearly points to try to configure.

Well... another option, can remotely understand, suddenly you're missing something or I'll see something obvious. - gwendolyn_Barrows commented on June 5th 19 at 21:48
