As policies software restriction to allow the program to run from the user profile?

Policies are configured using software, no that is not allowed. In General, everything is fine except one but there is a program which is installed in the user profile (For example this path: C:\Users\имяюзера\AppData\Local\имяпрограммы\) After each update of this programmulina have to update the policy, but the updates come often and this process is a little fed up. If her file was signed with a certificate that would allow the launch of any file with this signature... but no signature. How to allow the execution of a given path which contains the username?

P. S. to Change the place of installation of the program is not possible.

Use SRP or AppLocker? And in a way it is impossible to specify an environment variable (example: %LocalAppData% , which is equivalent to "C:\Users\имяюзера\AppData\Local") + the name of the program? If I correctly understand the question.
Oops, and about %LocalAppData% and similar options I forgot, thanks, will check. Using SRP, AppLocker as though very interesting but not all OS supported. - alia98 commented on June 5th 19 at 21:42
