It is possible on hot to change the rules in the NAT?

Good afternoon. On Mikrotik in section Firewall-NAT has 4 identical rules on 1 WAN interface for different networks (masquerading). I would like to carry out optimization by combining in a group and making a 1 rule. Question: can it be done on a hot, labor day, and what are the consequences? Thank you.

P. S. Expect to make changes from the office where there is physical access to the router. I would not want to affect the employees, a maximum of two seconds permissible in the absence of the network.

Create a new rule below the existing, and turn off the one parent rule. Immediately check the performance of the network rule for which you have disabled.

If you make a mistake in the rule, still affected.
Thank you, in principle, logically, will try to do.
And please tell me what will happen if I make the group rules at the end, will shut off one of the higher - the others 3 remain separately in the beginning, how will this affect the network? In fact 2 of the same rule, just with different priorities. - alta.Grant23 commented on June 5th 19 at 21:48
if you fall into the first rule, then lower down will not, the second will not get just - Jamil_Kessler82 commented on June 5th 19 at 21:51
