Why popular starting template contain sass but not haml contain modules gulp?

Well, take for example OptimizedHTML-4like a great starter pattern, connected sass, haml connect manually.
I have to say, no complaints, I just start to use templates, and I wonder what the reason for it.
I personally got the impression that haml and sass are usually in conjunction are in the technology stack?

I think not everyone likes the haml syntax, for example all I need is to share part of the html, so use https://www.npmjs.com/package/gulp-nunjucks-render

Not everyone needs it, much less than Sass, perhaps even on the order

I agree! It turns out I was in nevedia regarding the extent of Haml. A simple experiment on the toaster the tag Sass 2.9 thousand subscribers, the tag Haml - 27 people, one of which is me:))) Means pure html?
And a small question, and that two times not to rise, which is important for today, Sass or scss? If that's not going into all the details?
I prefer the scss syntax, you can add regular css and everything will work.
For example we had to clean the old css, just change the extension and have not commented on the desired line. - Lydia_Pur commented on June 5th 19 at 21:59
