Electron. Do not apply the changes to the styles while editing the imported *.sass files. Where to dig?

Have:
- WebStorm 2017.2
- a simple application to Electron (1.8.4), literally out of the box.
- index.html connected with style.scss
- in style.scss is imported menu.scss
- the scss is used as is (without modules to build)
- run using npm start electron .

When you run the application in normal mode and in the debugger, the electron no problems picks up the styles. But if fixing the file menu.scss and to restart the Elektron, the changes will not be accepted. However, if the changes are still in head the style.scss, the styles will be updated completely.

Restart WebStorm (with clearing cache) does not help. In search anything similar did not find.

Is decided by assembling web parts using gulp (gulp-sass), but it would be without him.
The entire infrastructure js new to me. Where to look?

I can only advise Koala for compiling SASS - simply and securely
