Something to read/do the Automator at leisure?

Hello everyone, quit a few months ago, to address issues with the recruiting office last year and a half, in principle, were first in school, then at work, spit at the ceiling already tired. Worked as a tutor,but do not see prospects in it. Gonna jump in somewhere in the Automator testing in July/August, under good circumstances, well, here goes:

It is clear that here it is possible to improve for a long time, but I'm still interested in some things that in your opinion need to learn and which will give additional plus, preferably in the context of automated testing, of course.

For developing yourself as a tester to watch the lecture on testing. James Bach, Cem Kaner, Dorothy Graham on YouTube take a look.
Technical skills it makes sense to meet with Jenkins or his alternative. Imagine if you not only can write automated tests, but to create the environment for their automatic execution and reporting. This is a definite plus.
