What encoding is the file?

After reverse engineering an apk is quite readable java files, but the Cyrillic characters look like they are not readable.
private void checkVersion() {
if (newVersion().booleanValue()) {
NotificationUtil.showUpdService(this.call mcontext, R. id.updService, 17301561, R. string.app_name "Обнаружена новая версия", this.ilink, 16, 5);
}
}

How you can give in a readable form of the value of app_name?
