How to make the transition to the site by clicking on the icon in Chrome?

Hey all, something I tried a lot of options and not found.
Write a plugin for Chrome.
That would require clicking on the icon at the top right in the browser next to the menu, clicked on the project website.
Don't need a popup just a transition.
Who faced, prompt.

});
