Hello! The question for me is very serious. Does the nature of the debug Board which would combine the following advantages:
1) Android 4.0 and above (but not important and 2) the main thing that out of the box;
2) LCD ~4" c touch seepom (main to Android understand it as a native);
3) Bluetooth 2.1 or above (the main thing that Android understood it like a native);
4) no more than 20 Tr;
5) temperature working -20 degrees Celsius - +... ;
6) consumption <1 And 5 V.
Maybe someone knows, tell me please. Found only Beagle Board Black but it is like 0 degrees.

I don't think any of the manufacturers of such devices will indicate <0, first the batteries at this temperature, to put it mildly not comfortable, the second moisture may condense and quickly bring the device to malfunction. I think if this is needed then something is wrong with the problem statement. Why should an Android device running in the freezer?
