Strange redirect site?

Good afternoon,dear Community.
I would like to know Your opinion on this issue:
There was a website (slopes),the customer demanded that we move it to another domain..moved (after checking the database and content for the presence of "old" links,adjusting configs and cleaned the cache).I have a website on a new domain is displayed and is working fine,also checked with colleagues and the customer with the company redirects to old domain,with tablet and phone is working fine. htaccess looked,nothing unusual found.
