What can interrupt the Apache Server?

Downloaded the server, installed. Set up directories for your sites. In principle, no changes to config do not do. Test Conf gives Syntax OK! Apache starts.
When the address to 127.0.0.1 or localsite (that's what I called it), chrome gives "page unavailable" and the error ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.

The thing is, it's not my car. Machine is connected to LAN and is a ftp server. Oh, and LAN is the Internet on this and other machines.

The ftp server is bound to 127.0.0.1. Probably it is the problem. But as they are inter linked to that other computers could access the http server?
