Is it an event when you move the cursor in the textarea in browsers under Android?
I mean here's a cursor/caret:
The picture is random, but the cursor/caret on it is the one that appears in the textarea in the browser.
If you move your finger, is it possible to catch this event?

So hard to read about touch events? Google? Not? It's touch... but if the mouse, then just about events...
