Can I power the GoPro HERO3 from "AA" eneloop-s?

Have a set of four batteries, according to the specs they hold up to -20 C.
Tell me, fellow scholars, if they collect the battery and power the USB I won't burn this way the camera? Do I have to apply converters\drivers? (in electronics is not particularly strong, but know how to neatly solder and make the Board)

Solution
Directly (4*1,2=4.8) does not work, there is a controller cuts off the charge if the voltage is less than 4.9, or 5 volts (I have both).
I got out of this situation as follows: Gutted Chinese battery, thrown out of his own element. To the terminals on the housing, soldered the wires, and they have to sealed the box with 18650. Total we have: tightness of the whole structure, small size and weight (on the head not much noticeable difference), a fourfold increase in recording time. Inside the box is NCR18650B (3400мАч), a pair in the pocket.
Thank you. And Boxing which you have to 18650? - Camden_Wuckert70 commented on September 19th 19 at 00:15

Can be collected, nothing burns if right.
Most importantly to provide stable voltage in accordance with the USB specification, drivers can be ready to buy them quite a lot and is very compact.

according to specs, they keep to -20 C.
- but be careful with that.
To maintain them at this temperature does not attempt to charge them in freezing temperatures.
Please tell me:
1) As the drivers are called in English correctly?
2) How to provide security for accum? The driver has the display function of charge? - Camden_Wuckert70 commented on September 19th 19 at 00:17
1)Driver it is called driver. However, this is not your situation - the driver this thing manages some sort of load, such as led driver.
In your case just need a steady source of energy, look for DC-DC converters.

2)What do you mean by security? Protection from overcharge, overdischarge, overheating?
Such as protection from overcharge or overdischarge often built-in batteries 18650.
If they are without protection, it is necessary to seek the protection Board, which will cut out the extra charging current and not to drop the battery to zero. - Camden_Wuckert70 commented on September 19th 19 at 00:20
Even a AA eneloop s wiser to use a 18650, they are more willing boards, and more capacity. - Michael.Watsica commented on September 19th 19 at 00:23
You can buy a ready poverbank, like thisor this and to put the batteries. - Michael.Watsica commented on September 19th 19 at 00:26
