How to share com port over network?

Good afternoon. There are 2 PC.
The first of them takes in the com port from the receiver signals into the program. This program has the function of overlapping signals on (to another program/device) but can only duplicate in a com port.
The second also has a program that receives signals from other receivers and only on com ports.

Tell me, is there free software under Windows, which you can use on both PCs to create virtual com ports and to transmit signals via the network?
Paid just is, example - www.fabulatech.com/network-serial-port-kit.html

Four options:
com0com - OpenSRS
VSPE - closed source code, such as without a license when using 32 bits.
TBN Redirector - this program can only create TCP client associated with the com port.
socat under cygwin
com0com - something scary. Looked, poked, what is generally not entered as there that. VSPE - I have x64. TBN - you need both client and server. - marcel.Hya commented on September 19th 19 at 00:25
remains option - a hybrid of socat and TBN, and together they work on the machine with the port to run socat on the machine where push - TBN - Erling_Hansen79 commented on September 19th 19 at 00:28
: I'm afraid I'm not smart enough for socat and cygwin. I read about them and even how sad it all was - marcel.Hya commented on September 19th 19 at 00:31
: There all business download and one line to gain, nothing complicated. I have a hybrid network RS232 / Ethernet just on socat is running. There will be difficulties - specify. - Erling_Hansen79 commented on September 19th 19 at 00:34
